Singapore Zoo and Mandal Reserve

The Mandai Reserve is perhaps one of the best places to visit in Singapore. Although not your typical attraction you think of when you hear about Singapore, our Singapore Zoo, Bird Paradise, Night Safari and River Safari are all pretty amazing. Best of all, they are all located around the same region which is quite a distance to get to from town.

It is possible to visit all the attractions in 1 day – However, I will not personally recommend it because you will be rushing through all the different places all the time, giving you less time to truly embrace the Mandai experience. Therefore, if I were to drop one attraction, based on how I perceive it, I would stick to the Zoo, Bird Paradise and Night Safari. Given the close proximity of the attractions and the distance to your accommodations (although it is perfectly possible to book the Mandai Rainforest Resort) and the packages you can buy (giving you discounts for multi-attraction visits), the Mandai Reserve is truly a great place to spend the day.
